Frequently Asked Questions

Finding quality contract solution is one of the most significant problems contractors face today.
Learn how we at Sunshine Contracts address these problems by reading answers to some of our most frequently asked questions below.
Croatia vs. Ireland: What is the main difference between setting up an Umbrella Company in Ireland and a Limited Company in Croatia?
The main benefit of having a Limited Company in Croatia is not having all your income declared as the gross salary.
When compared to Ireland (or any other countries in the EU), setting up a limited company with one employer (who is also the company’s CEO) provides you with more money at the end.
After paying your employer/CEO salary, all the revenue of your Limited Company CEO/employer remains on the Limited Company account, and is transferred into your own private account as your company income.
The Croatian tax rate is around 10%.
You will have our full financial support. Our advisors take care of your payments, making sure you get with at least 75% or your gross income at the end of the tax year!
But hear the best part: The higher your day rate is, the higher your take home pay retention gets!
Bear in mind, that all our fees are already included into this calculation.
