Ante is an international IT professional. He worked as a contractor in Ireland for several years until he decided to move his contract to Croatia. He set-up his limited company in his hometown, Split, Croatia, and started to pay his taxes in Croatia.

After realizing how beneficial it was to open Limited company in Croatia and to become Croatian tax resident, instead of having an umbrella company in Ireland, he came to an idea to establish an International contract agency.

He presented the idea to his partners and soon they founded Sunshine Contracts agency that would bring remote contractors from all around the EU to Split, the beautiful 1700-years old Roman city on the Croatian coast.

The new agency has had one thing in mind from the beginning: to secure contractors with higher retention rates than any western European country can offer.

It was Ante who started all this, joining their team to the rapidly growing community of digital nomads in Croatia. That is how Sunshine Contracts, the leading international contracting company was born.

Luka is an international contractor with master's degree in Mathematics and PhD in Statistical Genetics. He also worked as an IT contractor in Ireland before he moved back to his hometown, Split in 2020.

He brought his contract with him and started to work remotely. After setting up his own Limited Company in Croatia, he started paying taxes in Croatia. Seeing how beneficial it was to move his taxes to Croatia, he started to consider the idea of starting up international contracting company Sunshine Contracts agency with his friend Ante.

Boško is a Split-based marketing and sales representative professional with a demonstrated history of working in specific demanding niches in Irelands prior to moving back home to Croatia.

He joined Luka and Ante soon after the Sunshine Contracts company was founded, showing great organisation skills and experience in dealing with local community. He's the master of dealing with local administration, one of those people that simply know everything about getting the right papers.
